In What Situation Can I Claim The Refund? 

We at Certspilot.com are committed to our customers and guarantee that if you fail your exam on the first try, we will refund 100% of what was purchased within 30 days! This also applies for Product Exchange requests with an original purchase date 60 days after the original order has been made.

Notice: The money back guarantee is not applicable in the following situations:

1. One fails the exam within 7 days after the purchase. Although our Questions & Answers are complete enough for you to understand all the knowledge points, less than 7 days is too short a time to learn it well.

(Except the purchase date and test date)

2. Corresponding exams only. We only ensure refund for those who buy our product yet fail the corresponding exams in 30 days.

3. Wrong purchase. In case you have downloaded and installed the incorrect product, Certspilot will not entertain any claims.

5. Orders out of date. (3 months after the purchase date) 

6. Products on sale. (If you purchased the Products that are sold at a reduced price)

7. Different person. (Candidate’s name is different from payer’s name)

8. Pre-Order exam. (Is available for pre-order only)

9. Guarantee Policy is not applicable to Avaya, Amazon, (ISC)2, ISACA, EMC, Fortinet, F5, Google, HP, IBM, PMI, Oracle, Riverbed, SAP and GIAC exams as these Vendors change these exams frequently. Even we offer real exam questions for these exams but we cannot guarantee these questions are valid for every day.

10. Guarantee Policy is not applicable to RHCSA, RHCE, CCIE Lab and OCM Lab exams as these are hands-on lab exams.

(We offer actual lab questions but you need to understand and master it.)

How to Claim a Refund? 

  • If unfortunately fails after using our practice test, you can get a refund immediately, because you can declare your rights by sending the following information to our email address.
  • Image/scanned copy only; the test certification report of the first (one) exam you downloaded.
  • Our purchase order number, the name, and detailed information of the purchased product.
  • send all these details at support@certspilot.com
  • If the member downloads the exam after submitting the refund case, the refund case will be automatically canceled/deleted.

Discounted products/offers are not refundable.

  • You cannot have written and failed the exam within 7 days of joining. (That is, you must have taken a reasonable length of time to study.),
  • You must ask for your refund within 30 days of joining.

To take advantage of the warranty, simply contact customer service and request the inspection you want to perform. Send us a scanned copy of your failed exam, and we will immediately send you the new exam of your choice.
